First Step To Active Health Kit
This is a progressive physical activity program intended for physically inactive adults over 50 years of age. It features a step-by-step approach to improve an individual’s physical abilities with a variety of simple activities. The kit includes a program manual, instructions with color photographs and directions for simple activities including cardio, flexibility, strength and balance activities. A 6’ red resistance Thera-Band exercise band for strength training is also included.
