The ribs direct the impact of blows or bumps away from the fragile hipbone by spreading the pressure over the soft tissue. “Hips” includes 2 outer and 2 inner shells produced from environmentally safe plastics. A special underpants with an inside pocket for the outer shell is also included. Replacement underpants and incontinence open underpants are also available. Size refers to waist size.
