M-Rail Attaches to any bed size and provides an ergonomic leveraging system for people having difficulty sitting up and getting out of bed. The “M” portion of the unit is coated with rubberized foam for a safe non-slip grip and padding. Roam mattress grips keep the unit secure between mattress and box-spring.
