Multiglide Sling On
Developed to facilitate the application of lift slings, for instance for heavy users, or when using a pressure relieving mattress and when the client cannot be placed on the side position. The Sling On consists of two Multiglide single sheets with handles along the sides and set together with buttons on the corners so that it doesn’t slip apart. The Multiglide sheets minimize friction in the application and removal from beneath the client. Max. user weight 660 lb.
Aid and Technique for multiple solutions
Sling On provides a multiple and flexible aid for every day manual handling situations. Using different techniques allows quick and easy application, whether for positioning, turning, moving higher up in bed or even putting the lifting sling while keeping the client in bed.
Folding technique for application
Using a simple folding and unfolding technique, Sling On is easily placed in position under the client while lying in bed. This application avoids rolling or moving the client simply to get the product in place.
Placing lifting sling
Insert Sling On, using the folding technique, from head-end and down. Open the corner buttons in the head-end and slide the lifting sling in between the two sheets until required position. Use the handles to adjust side ways or up-down if the sling is not in completely correct position.
Remove slide sheet before lifting
Remove the top slide sheet before fixing the sling to the lift. |
