TURBOCAST® is a unique low temperature thermoplastic material with thin foam coating on both sides. It is ideal for splinting, casting and bracing applications. Turbocast is an opaque thermoplastic layer bonded on either side with a thin foam.

Applications
- 1/16” (1,6 mm): suited for small shapes such as finger splints, finger slings or splints for children. Smaller thicknesses are useful for Rheumatoid patients because of the lightness.
- 1/8” (3,0 mm): suited for fracture braces, back supports, lower extremity splints and sports guards.
