Fall Prevention & Anti-Wandering Devices

The TL-2100S Monitor is designed for use with all Smart Caregiver corded sensor pads and mats.  Simply plug a sensor pad into the monitor and place the pad under the resident in a chair or bed.  When the resident gets up and pressure is removed, the alarm will sound notifying caregivers that the resident is on the move.  This alarm features a Safety Auto-Reset™ Function which will automatically reset and silence the alarm when pressure is re-applied to the sensor pad.

Easy To Use

The Economy CordLess Exit Alarm is simple to use and works with all 433 CordLess Sensor Pads & Mats, Nurse Call Buttons, and Motion Sensors. Monitor is lightweight and can be paired with up to six (6) wireless components to serve as a portable caregiver alert.

Monitor can be mounted away from the bed, removing in-room alarm noise and reducing entanglements and tripping hazards. Adjustable volume and gentle chime alert won’t startle residents and offers QUIETER fall prevention.

The TL-3100V DUAL Recordable Voice Monitor works as a pull-string monitor OR sensor pad monitor and can easily be transferred from bed to wheelchair and back, thus eliminating the need for multiple monitoring devices.  The alarm alerts when the magnetic pull-string is pulled free of the monitor or when pressure is removed from weight-sensing pad.  Monitor automatically resets when the magnetic pull cord is replaced or when pressure is re-applied to the connected sensor pad.

The TL-2100CP automatically tracks pad life so caregivers no longer have to write dates on pads.  The Fall Monitor counts down the days the pad has been in use and the Check Pad Light will illuminate 10 days prior to pad expiration.  A short beep will also alert caregivers that it’s time to change pad.  When used with Timed Bed & Chair pressure pads, this monitor will not only save time and staff resources

The Smart Caregiver TL-2700 allows you to maintain effective awareness of resident movement without the use of pressure pads, floor mats or pull-string type devices.

Motion sensor can be placed at the bedside to alert when someone attempts to get out of bed, by a chair to alert when someone attempts to get up from a chair, or by a doorway to alert when someone attempts to exit the area.  The TL-2700 is battery operated and stands vertically without assistance within it’s 360° swiveling plastic cradle.  Cradle may be wall-mounted with provided hardware and optional mounting bracket accessories are available.

This motion sensing exit alarm has a wide field of detection that extends outwards approximately 30 feet from the alarm.  Any movement that interrupts this field will trigger the alarm.

This Stand Alone Personal Paging System includes two Call Buttons and one Caregiver Pager. When pressed, the Nurse Call Buttons send a wireless signal to the pager, alerting the caregiver that assistance is required. Simply mount the door monitor alarm by any exit or doorway, plug it in, and place wristband on resident. When a resident wearing a wristband attempts to wander too close or through the doorway, the door monitor alarm sounds audibly and visually.

433-EC

1. Start with the 433-EC monitor in the OFF position.

2. Press and hold a paper clip or other small tool into the program buttonhole on the back of the monitor until the 2 outer LED lights in the red window flash, then turn solid red.

3. As soon as the lights turn solid red, remove the paperclip. The lights should stay solid red when you remove the paperclip.

4. Activate your component.

Example:

• Apply pressure to the bed/chair cushion for a few seconds, then release.

• Stand on the floor mat for a few seconds, then get off

• Turn on the motion sensor and wave in front of it (433-MS).

• Press and release the call button (433-NC).

• Separate the parts from the exit alarm (433-EXT).

5. If you have more than one component to program, repeat step 4 until all components are activated. If you have finished activating your components, continue to step 6.

6. Quickly press the paper clip into the program button and remove it, do not hold the paper clip into the program button. The top lights should flash and then turn off.

7. Test your products: Turn on the 433-EC monitor (CHIME mode) and activate your component.

**If programming a bed/chair cushion or floor mat, make sure the transmitter is turned on before programming**

The monitor will alert the caregiver and provide an early warning when a resident attempts to exit the bed. This system is cordless so there are no cords connecting the alarm and the bed sensor pad. This allows the caregiver to place the monitor in another room so that there is no alarm going off in the room with the resident. The system has between 150-300 foot range!

he 10 x 30" bed sensor pad is made of soft vinyl, easy to wipe clean and incontinence resistant. The bed sensor pad should be placed under the fitted sheet on top of the mattress around shoulder level. When the resident removes their body weight from the pad, the monitor will alert the caregiver.

This system includes one alarm (433-EC) and one bed sensor pad 10in x 30in (GBT-RI). Use with 3-C batteries (not included)
