The leg abductor prevents scissoring or excessive leg adduction during walking and standing. Using the abductor during gait training will improve the client's base of support and alignment while encouraging them to use more refined, movement strategies during stepping. Can be easily added or removed based on the child's needs and therapy goals.

The Kaye adjustable resistance one-way ratchet rear wheels provide resistance to forward motion. This accessory is particularly useful for children who have limited control of the speed of their walkers and have difficulty slowing their speed so that they can practice their best pattern for walking. The spring loaded resistance of each wheel is adjusted separately so they can offset the effects of asymmetry or weakness when walking. Compatible with Kaye "H" frame walkers.

Kaye Pelvic Stabilizer Pads for Kaye Walkers offer lateral support for your child's hips to keep them at midline. This set includes the Pelvic Stabilizer Side Pads and the Extensor Assist Center Pad.

Appropriate for users who have difficulty staying centered in walkers. The Pelvic Stabilizer includes adjustable lateral supports to center the client in the walker. The Pelvic Stabilizer can also be positioned to modulate asymmetries in the frontal plane.

The Kaye Forearm Support Strap (FST) is a new accessory designed for use with Kaye Forearm Support Models ERP4297-01 and ERP4297-03. The Forearm Support Strap provides a soft and flexible fabric band to keep the user’s forearm in place on the forearm support pads.

The Forearm Support Strap is made of soft neoprene, 17 inches long and 2 inches wide, with a Velcro hook strip at one end and a semi-circular plastic loop at the other end.

The FST attaches to the underside of the Forearm Support using a ½” long Phillips head screw. There are multiple attachment locations on the Forearm Supports, allowing flexibility in positioning the band.

Replacement Front Wheel For Kaye Walkers

The Walker Swivel Limiter limits the amount that the swivel wheel can turn. The Kaye Swivel Limiters can be added to limit swivel travel on any Kaye Posture Control or PostureRest Walker with swivel wheels or any Kaye Anterior Chest Support Walker. Without the swivel limiter, the swivel wheels can swivel 360 degrees. Adding this option limits the amount of swivel for users who cannot manage free swiveling.
