The LiteGait 200P

The LiteGait 200P is our most adaptable model, specially designed for pediatric users. It supports individuals weighing up to 200 pounds and accommodates heights up to 6’6” when used overground, and up to 5’8” when paired with treadmill accessories.

The adjustable yoke offers up to 20” of height variation to suit different activities and user needs. Additionally, the 28” powered lift ensures smooth and effortless transitions when supporting the user’s weight—whether moving from sitting to standing or stepping on and off a treadmill or other equipment. The 3-dimensional handlebars are customizable and can be adjusted or removed to fit the user’s preferences and goals.

• FlexAble Yoke provides controlled vertical movement of the LiteGait’s supportive arms, ideal for patients practicing pre-gait balance exercises, performing mini-squats, or jogging safely on a treadmill while secured in the LiteGait harness.
• Tablet BiSym Scale offers real-time feedback by measuring the total weight supported by the device, as well as the weight distribution between the left and right sides of the body—helpful for tracking patient progress and boosting confidence.
• FreeDome Yoke Attachment enables 360-degree rotation while the client is supported in the LiteGait harness. This allows practice of backward and sideways walking on the treadmill, as well as gait, balance, and other activities facing outward when used overground. The FreeDome is compatible with the LG 200P and comes standard with the Deluxe model.
