The LG 300 models offer a mobile, fall-preventive environment featuring a unique double-point suspension system and a specially designed harness that supports posture, balance, and weight-bearing during walking—whether overground or on a treadmill.

Equipped with four independently adjustable overhead harness straps, the system controls posture and movement in three planes. This makes the LiteGait especially suitable for patients with asymmetrical impairments, as it is the only device specifically designed for postural control and correction.

The LG 300 can assist patients across a wide range of abilities and is commonly used in various therapeutic settings. It includes a battery-powered, precision-engineered column lift mechanism that provides a 28-inch powered lift stroke to help patients weighing up to 300 lbs transition from sitting to standing.

• The FlexAble Yoke allows controlled vertical movement of the supportive arms, aiding patients working on pre-gait balance exercises, mini-squats, or even treadmill jogging while safely secured in the LiteGait harness.
• The Tablet BiSym Scale delivers real-time feedback by measuring the total weight supported by the system and the distribution between the left and right sides of the body. This is valuable for tracking patient progress and boosting confidence.
• The integrated FreeDome Yoke enables clients to rotate 360 degrees while supported, allowing practice of backward and sideways walking on the treadmill, as well as gait, balance, and other exercises facing outward during overground use. The FreeDome Yoke comes standard on Deluxe models.
