While the economical LG 300MX is considered our entry-level adult LiteGait system, it is more than capable of accommodating patients weighing up to 300lbs

The LG300MX is a mobile, fall-free environment with a unique double point suspension system and one of a kind harness that controls for posture, balance, and weight-bearing while a patient walks over ground or over a treadmill.

The four independently adjustable overhead harness straps control posture/motion in three planes, making LiteGait ideal for patients with asymmetrical impairments, as LiteGait is the only system specifically meant for postural control/correction.

The LG300MX can benefit patients with various diagnoses and ability/functioning levels. This particular model has a battery-operated lift mechanism built into the yoke (supportive arms) of the device that offers 26” of powered lift stroke and provides patients some assistance in going from sit to stand/increasing or decreasing the level of support the patient is receiving from the LiteGait.
