LG 300P

The LG 300P is one of the most distinctive LiteGait models developed over nearly 30 years since the LiteGait’s inception. It offers the same mobile, fall-preventive environment thanks to its unique double-point suspension system, similar to other LiteGait models.

Its exclusive harness design supports posture, balance, and weight-bearing while patients walk either overground or on a treadmill. With four independently adjustable overhead harness straps that control posture and movement across three planes, the LG 300P is especially suitable for patients with asymmetrical impairments. It stands out as the only system specifically engineered for postural control and correction.

The LG 300P serves patients at all ability levels and is utilized across various therapeutic settings.

Equipped with battery-powered, precision-engineered lift mechanisms built into its post, the LG 300P provides 28 inches of powered lift stroke to assist patients from sitting to standing. A key feature is the innovative manual height adjustability of the yoke, which can be moved up and down the post. This combined manual and powered height adjustment enables treatment of a broad range of patient heights—from toddlers to teens to adults weighing up to 300 lbs—all using a single LiteGait device.

• The FlexAble Yoke enables controlled vertical movement of the supportive arms, which is beneficial for patients practicing pre-gait balance, mini-squats, or even jogging safely on a treadmill while supported by the harness.
• The Tablet BiSym Scale offers real-time feedback by measuring total weight supported by the device as well as weight distribution between the left and right sides. This feature is valuable for tracking patient progress and boosting confidence.
• The FreeDome Yoke Attachment allows clients to rotate 360 degrees while supported in the harness, enabling practice of walking backward or sideways on a treadmill, as well as gait, balance, and other activities facing outward overground. This attachment is available for the LG 300PS and is standard on the Deluxe model.
