The powerful LiteGait 500 models effortlessly lift and securely support patients up to 500 pounds while remaining portable and compact. Users can be assisted to a standing position, with smooth adjustment of body weight support via precision-engineered dynamic actuators providing up to 36 inches of powered lift stroke.

The versatile LG 500 Deluxe suits clients of all functional levels and is ideal for supported gait training, pre-gait balance, dynamic standing, strengthening exercises, and assisted daily living activities all while being mobile enough for use in most hallways and bedside settings.

The FlexAble Yoke allows controlled vertical movement of the LiteGait’s supportive arms, aiding patients in pre-gait balance exercises, mini-squats, or even treadmill jogging safely secured in the harness.

The Tablet BiSym Scale offers real-time feedback, measuring total weight supported and left/right weight distribution—excellent for tracking progress and boosting patient confidence. This wireless, Bluetooth-enabled tablet provides flexible placement options.

The Integrated FreeDome Yoke enables clients to rotate 360 degrees within the harness, supporting backward and sideways walking on the treadmill, as well as gait, balance, and other outward-facing activities during overground use. The iFreeDome is standard on Deluxe models.
