LiteGait 300 Deluxe – 31" Base

The LG 300 models provide a mobile, fall-free environment with a unique double-point suspension system and a one-of-a-kind harness that supports posture, balance, and weight-bearing while walking, whether overground or on a treadmill.

The four independently adjustable overhead harness straps control posture and movement in three planes, making LiteGait ideal for patients with asymmetrical impairments, as it is the only system specifically designed for postural control and correction.

LG 300 systems can accommodate patients of nearly all ability levels and are used in a wide variety of therapy settings. LGI-300 models feature a battery-operated, precision-engineered column lift mechanism that provides 28" of powered lift stroke, assisting patients weighing up to 300 lbs in transitioning from sitting to standing.

• FlexAble Yoke allows controlled vertical displacement of the LiteGait’s support arms, ideal for pre-gait balance activities, mini-squats, or even jogging on a treadmill while safely supported in the harness.
• Tablet BiSym Scale provides real-time feedback and measures both the total weight supported by the device and the left/right distribution—perfect for tracking patient progress and building confidence.
• Integrated FreeDome Yoke enables the patient to rotate 360 degrees while supported in the harness, allowing for backward or sideways walking on the treadmill, as well as gait, balance, and other activities facing outward when overground. The iFreeDome comes standard on Deluxe models.
