Description
SPAN standard-style headboards and footboards are designed for Encore and ReadyWide beds equipped with the T-Motion powered positioning system.
Both the headboard and footboard are offered in 36-inch, 40-inch and 43-inch sizes. Five finish choices are available: Candle Light, Choco, Hardrock Maple, Summer Flame and Valley Oak.
The SPAN T-Motion system uses electric motors, actuators and a control box to power bed adjustments. Depending on the selected bed configuration, these components support vertical elevation, backrest articulation and knee elevation.
T-Motion synchronization technology coordinates multiple actuators to support functions such as auto-contour and Trendelenburg positioning when those functions are available on the bed. Compatible T-Motion battery backup systems may also be available as an option to maintain operation during a power outage.
The NetSuite product matrix provides one option for selecting the finish and a second option for selecting the required panel size. T-Motion is part of this bed configuration rather than a separate matrix selection.
